Please bring your dog in on a collar and leash. We ask that you bring your dog’s food in a sealed bag or container. We have bowls and bedding available at the facility.
Every overnight guest gets their first potty break at 6am followed by breakfast around 7:00am. Their daily activities begin around 9am and continue until 4pm. During the activity hours, every dog will have intermittent rest times and lunch (if your dog receives one) which is served around 12pm. All overnight guests receive dinner around 5pm and have potty breaks up until 8pm.
We offer 3 different lodging types that include Cozy Condos, Runs and Presidential Suites. (pictures coming soon)
All dogs receive frequent potty breaks beginning at 6am in one of our outdoor facilities. All potty areas have canine grass to mimic their normal bathroom facilities and maintain cleanliness.
Absolutely! We customize solo boarding reservations to each individual dog. All dogs that can not participate in daycare will receive 2 activities throughout the day in addition to frequent potty breaks. Our presidential suites are a cozy and low stress option for dogs that don’t appreciate the company of other dogs.
When your dog arrives between 7-9am they will reside in a classroom with their friends. All daycare activities begin at 9am and end at 4pm. During that time your dog will be in and out of their lodging for activities. All dogs in our care will receive intermittent rest throughout the day to ensure a happy and content transition back home.
Every dog goes through a daycare evaluation on their first day. The evaluation allows our Pet Care Specialists to learn more about your dog’s play style and temperament. All dogs are placed in their classrooms by size, age, temperament, and playstyle.
Please bring your dog with a collar and on a leash. The parking lot can get busy and we occasionally have dogs that come in that don’t appreciate the company of other dogs. We encourage you to bring any meals your dog would normally receive while in our care.
We start training for good behavior the day you bring your dog home regardless of age.
We use 2 types of training approaches- marker training and a balanced approach. The method we use with your dog is based on the goals you have.
At the end of your training program you will participate in a lesson with a trainer who trains you how to reinforce everything your pup has learned.
After a long day of play and training we want your dog to be able to go home and relax. So no training homework is given during their day training program.
Your dog will participate in group play, go down for some rest and enjoy a training session on a rotating schedule throughout the day.
